1934: Mexican legend El Santo made his professional debut as luchador under his real name Rodolfo Guzman against Eddie Palau at the Arena Peralvillo-Cozumel in the Tepito neighborhood in Mexico City.

 

 

1937: Jack O’Brien was the first Mexican National Lightweight Championship after beating Dientes Hernandez at the Old Arena Mexico in Mexico City.

 

 

1963: El Santo won the Mexican National Middleweight Championship for the fifth time in his career after beating Karloff Lagarde in Mexico City.

 

 

1974: Anibal won the Mexican National Middleweight Championship after beating Adorable Rubi at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City.

 

 

1981: Ultraman won the America Salvaje‘s mask in a mask Vs. mask match at El Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City.

 

 

1992: Vampiro Canadiense won the Rick Patterson‘s hair in a triple threat hair match at the Plaza de Toros Monumental Monterrey in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. Sangre Chicana also participated in this bet match.

 

 

1998: The Undertaker defeated Mankind in a Hell in a Cell Match at the WWF King of the Ring PPV at the Pittsburgh Civic Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

 

 

2009: Rey Mysterio won the WWE Intercontinental Championship for the second-time in his career after beating Chris Jericho in a mask Vs. championship match at the WWE The Bash PPV at the ARCO Arena in Sacramento, California.
