1997: El Internacional Pantera was the first luchador to win the IWRG Intercontinental Middleweight Championship after beating Tony Rivera at Arena Naucalpan in Naucalpan, Estado de Mexico.



2003: Eddie Guerrero won the WWE United States Championship after beating Chris Benoit at WWE Vengance PPV at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado.



2008: Bam Bam won the CMLL World Mini Championship after beating Pequeño Damian 666 (Demus) at Arena Coliseo in Mexico City.
