On July 17, 1999, CMLL & OCESA held the second edition of Ruleta de la Muerte show at the El Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City, in whose main event Shocker won the Rey Bucanero‘s mask by submission in a Mask Vs. Mask Match. In this way, we knowed the identity of Arturo Garcia Ortiz.
