Volador Jr. won the 1st edition of the CMLL Copa Independencia after beating Gran Guerrero by pinfall with a Canadian Destroyer.

The CMLL CEO Salvador Lutteroth Lomeli recognized Andres Duran Reyes “Sangre Chicana” for his outstanding career. In this tribute Sangre Chicana was accompanied by his children, including the Lucha Libre AAA star La Hiedra.

Mistico, Hechicero & Euforia defeated Ultimo Guerrero, Negro Casas & Atlantis Jr. by disqualification in a Relevos Increibles Match. Hechicero took advantage of the referee’s distraction to fake a foul by Guerrero, winning the match in a controversial way.

In the women’s division, Marcela, Dark Silueta & Stephanie Vaquer defeated Dalys, La Jarochita & Lluvia by pinfall with a Running Corner Dropkick from Dark Silueta on La Jarochita and a Silueta Driver on Lluvia in a Relevos Increibles Match.
