Although Rey Mysterio‘s daughter Aalyah is currently involved in a storyline with WWE, she is not interested in becoming a professional wrestler, Aalyah declared EXCLUSIVELY on the Lucha Central Podcast Network‘s La Mesa de los Margaros show.
When Rey Mysterio was asked about his daughter’s current role in WWE, he invited her to be part of the show to give her own point of view.
“It’s an opportunity to go support Dominik and it turned into something else… I’m not going to become a wrestler. It seems to me that it would be a very soft opportunity (to be with Rey Mysterio and Dominik in the ring), but I am not interested in doing that, I am more about studying, I like reading, doing homework, school is my strength . I like to exercise too, but to be a wrestler I would have to spend a lot of time in the gym, and it is not my strong suit. I’m going to become a doctor”.
Aalyah is studying medicine, which she plans to pursue full time.
