The most recent episode of WWE Monday Night RAW, held in St. Louis, Missouri, made it clear that Latin American talent is experiencing one of its most dominant and exciting moments within the company. Blending veteran savvy, aerial agility, and unbreakable character, stars like Penta, Rey Fenix, Lola Vice, Rey Mysterio, Dragon Lee, and WWE Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer became the night’s headliners.
Penta and Rey Fenix: Lucha Magic and Team Victory
The night kicked off with a solid victory for Penta el Zero M, who teamed up with Je’Von Evans to face The Vision (Austin Theory and Bron Breakker). Despite early attacks and Maxxine Dupri’s interference, the duo managed to overcome Breakker’s brute force. The climax came when Evans used brass knuckles to strike Theory and secure the three-count. Sadly for the winners, the celebration was cut short when Bronson Reed crashed the ring to lay them both out before Oba Femi made the save.
Meanwhile, Rey Fenix put on a high-flying masterclass against “All Ego” Ethan Page. The masked star showcased his classic repertoire, combining kicks, springboards, and high-altitude moves. When the match grew more physical, Fenix demonstrated his ring IQ by surprising Page with a quick inside cradle to pick up the pinfall victory.
Rey Mysterio, Dragon Lee, and Lola Vice: Between Effort and Controversy
The men’s division representation rounded out with the historic duo of Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee, who faced Judgment Day (Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh). The bout was packed with dynamism and combined offense that fired up the Missouri crowd. However, outside interference from Big Cass (Colin Cassady)—who viciously attacked Dragon Lee outside the ropes—threw the masked men off balance and allowed McDonagh to connect with a brutal headbutt on the veteran Rey Mysterio to claim the heel victory.
In the women’s division, Lola Vice teamed up with Sol Ruca to face Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez. Vice displayed her fearsome arsenal of kicks (Speedball Kicks) and ground grappling in a vibrant match decided by fine margins, when an accidental blow from Vice to her own partner allowed Roxanne Perez to seal the deal.
Stephanie Vaquer Steals the Show and Demands a Title Triple Threat
The pinnacle of the night took place in the women’s division main event, where Becky Lynch and Liv Morgan battled for the #1 contendership to the Women’s World Championship. The match turned into a chaotic brawl due to constant interference from Judgment Day on Morgan‘s behalf.
It was at that critical moment that Stephanie Vaquer made her imposing appearance to neutralize Roxanne Perez and level the playing field. Following a series of confusions and cross-attacks that brought the match to a no-contest, champion Stephanie Vaquer asserted her dominance: she delivered a devastating Spiral Tap to both competitors, grabbed a microphone, and demanded that General Manager Adam Pearce make a triple threat match official for this coming Saturday. The WWE ring is burning to a Latin rhythm!
