The New Day & Lucha House Party takes the victory
WWE held the episode 1088 of Friday Night SmackDown at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, in whose show the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions The New Day & Lucha House Party defeated The Miz, John Morrison, Cesaro & Shinsuke Nakamura in an eight-man tag team match.
In the first match of the evening, Nikki Cross won a title shot for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship after beating Lacey Evans, Danna Broke & Alexa Bliss in a four-way # 1 contender match. Bayley will defend the championship belt against Nikki Cross in a title match at WWE Extreme Rules: The Horror Show.
