1939: Bobby Arreola won the Mexican National Welterweight Championship after beating Ciclon Veloz at the EMLL 6th Anniversary Show at the Old Arena Mexico in Mexico City.

1956: El Santo won the Mexican National Middleweight Championship for the fourth-time in his career after beating El Gladiador at the Arena Coliseo in Mexico City.

 

 

1963: Espanto I won the Mexican National Light Heavyweight Championship for the second-time in his career after beating Ruben Juarez in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.

 

 

1984: El Satanico won the NWA World Middleweight Championship for the fifth-time in his career after beating Gran Cochisse at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City.

 

 

1988: Enrique Vera won the UWA World Junior Light Heavyweight Championship for the second-time in his career after beating The Killer at El Toreo de Cuatro Caminos in Naucalpan, Estado de Mexico.

 

 

1997: Lucha Libre AAA held the 1st edition of Verano de Escandalo great event at the Auditorio Rio Nilo in Tonala, Jalisco.

 

 

1997: The Legends of Lucha Libre star Hijo del Perro Aguayo won the El Cobarde II‘s hair in a 6-Way Hair Vs. Hair Steel Cage Match at the Verano de Escandalo at the Auditorio Rio Nilo in Tonala, Jalisco. The Legends of Lucha Libre star Perro Aguayo, Heavy Metal, Sangre Chicana and Picudo also participated in this match.

 

 

1997: Eddie Guerrero won he WCW Cruiserweight Championship for the first-time in his career after beating Chris Jericho at Fall Brawl PPV at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

2008: Lucha Libre AAA held the 12th edition of Verano de Escandalo great event at the Auditorio Benito Juarez in Zapopan, Jalisco.

 

 

2008: La Hermandad 187 (the Legends of Lucha Libre star Nicho el Millonario & Joe Lider)  won the Lucha Libre AAA World Tag Team Championship after beating the Mexican Power (Crazy Boy & Ultimo Gladiador), La Familia de Tijuana (Halloween & Xtreme Tiger) and The Hart Foundation 2.0 (Teddy Hart & Jack Evans) in a 4-Way Ladder Match at the Verano de Escandalo at the Auditorio Benito Juarez in Zapopan, Jalisco.

 

 

2008: Vampiro defeated El Mesias in a Steel Cage “Street Fight” Match at the Verano de Escandalo at the Auditorio Benito Juarez in Zapopan, Jalisco.

 

 

2012: CMLL held the 79th  Anniversary Show at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City.

 

 

2012: Puma King won the Rey Cometa‘s mask in a Mask Vs. Mask Match at the CMLL 79th Anniversary Show at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City. In this way, we knowed the identity of Mario Alberto González.

 

 

2012: Rush won the El Terrible‘s hair in a Hair Vs. Hair Match at the CMLL 79th Anniversary Show at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City.

 

 

2013: Bullet Club Latinoamerica (Tama Tonga & Rey Bucanero) won the CMLL World Tag Team Championship after beating Jushin “Thunder” Liger & Hiroshi Tanahashi at NJPW Road to Destruction 2013 at the Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan.

 

 

2016: TJ Perkins won the WWE Cruiserweight Championship after beating Gran Metalik (Mascara Dorada) at the WWE Cruiserweight Classic Finale at the Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida.

 

 

2018: CMLL held the 85th Anniversary Show at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City.

 

 

2018: El Cl4n (Cibernetico, El Zorro & Sharlie Rockstar) won the CMLL World Trios Championship after beating Los Guerrero Laguneros (Ultimo Guerrero, Euforia & Gran Guerrero) at the CMLL 85th Anniversary Show at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City.

 

 

2018: Rush & Barbaro Cavernario won the Matt Taven & Volador Jr.‘s hair in a Hair Vs. Hair Match at the CMLL 85th Anniversary Showat the Arena Mexico in Mexico City.
