1998: Rey Mysterio won the WCW Cruiserweight Championship after beating Chris Jericho at WCW Bash at the Beach at the Cox Arena in San Diego, California. Rey Mysterio was stripped of the championship belt the next day at WCW Monday Nitro due to Dean Malenko‘s intervention during the title match. WWE does not officially recognize this Rey‘s reign.
2010: Mistico won the El Oriental‘s mask in Ruleta de la Muerte Match at the Plaza de Toros Lauro Luis Longoria in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas. Atlantis, Ultimo Guerrero, Olimpico, La Sombra, Volador Jr., Averno, Alebrije and Hysteria also participated in this match. In this way, we knowed the identity of Noe Astro Moreno Leon.
