1989: Rey Mysterio made his debut as a professional wrestler under the name La Lagartija Verde at the Auditorio Fausto Gutierrez Moreno in Tijuana, Baja California. Soon after, he would change his battle name to El Colibri.

 

 

1993: Lucha Libre AAA celebrates the first TripleMania at the Monumental Plaza de Toros Mexico in Mexico City, with more than 48 thousand attendees.

1993: Lizmark retained the Mexican National Light Heavyweight Championship after beating La Parka (L.A. Park) at TripleMania at the Monumental Plaza de Toros Mexico in Mexico City.

 

 

1993: Legends of Lucha Libre‘s Perro Aguayo won the Mascara Año 2000‘s mask in a Mask vs. Hair Match at TripleMania at the Monumental Plaza de Toros Mexico in Mexico City.
