Lucha Libre AAA will held the 2nd edition of Triplemania Regia great event this coming December 4 at the Estadio de Beisbol Monterrey in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. This was confirmed by the company through its official social media accounts and with a press conference in which the Lucha Libre AAA CEO Dorian Roldan, Legends of Lucha Libre‘s Psycho Clown and Hijo del Vikingo participated.

So far there are only two confirmed matches, the first will be the return to the lucha libre of the 2-Times UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez who together with Psycho Clown and Pagano will face the Legends of Lucha Libre superstar Black Taurus, Rey Escorpion and a Luchador Sorpresa in a Trios Match.
One of the main events will be the Title Match, in which the AEW superstar and AEW World Champion Kenny Omega will defend the Lucha Libre AAA Megachampionship against Hijo del Vikingo.
Dorian Roldan was questioned about the possibility of seeing the new Lucha Libre AAA World Tag Team Champions FTR in Triplemania Regia, to which the Lucha Libre AAA CEO replied that the possibility of holding a Title Match is being studied.
Since Triplemania XXVIII all Lucha Libre AAA events have been broadcast on the Space channel, so far Lucha Libre AAA has not yet confirmed if the broadcast will be live and on what platform.
