CMLL held its traditional Spectacular Friday Live Show at the Arena Mexico in Mexico City, in whose Main Event, Soberano Jr. and Templario advanced to the final of the eliminator tournament for the CMLL World Middleweight Championship. Next week, Soberano Jr. and Templario will face in a Title Match to crown the new divisional champion.

Angel de Oro, Cavernario & El Terrible defeated Titan, Fugaz & Gran Guerrero by pinfall with a Terrible Clash from El Terrible on Fugaz and La Mecedora from Angel de Oro on Titan in a Relevos Increibles Match.

Oro Jr., Pegasso & Stigma defeated Nitro, El Coyote, Espanto Jr. by disqualification in a 6-Man Tag Team Match. El Coyote stripped Stigma of his mask causing the rudo team to be disqualified. The result annoyed the tecnicos for which they launched the Mask Vs. Mask challenge.
