Meet the International Team member of the CMLL Grand Prix 2019
The American wrestler Luke Hawx will be part of the members of the CMLL Grand Prix international team representing The Crash Lucha Libre. Possibly Luke Hawx is a stranger for the Mexican & CMLL fans but here in Lucha Central we present the most relevant of Luke Hawx’s career.
In 1999 Luke Hawx debuted on the American indy circuit being soon signed by Xtreme Pro Wrestling promotion wrestle under the name of Altar Boy Luke, in that promotion he won the XPW King of the Deathmatch Championship in 2002.
By 2003 Hawx re-entered as an indy wrestler with various promotions and companies such as TNA, Ring of Honor, CZW and NWA Wildeside. At the end of 2006 he was part of the MTV’s Wrestling Society X.
From 2012 to the present, Hawx participated in the Continental Wrestling Federation, Extreme Rising, Global Force Wrestling, and other promotions and companies. In 2003 and 2007 he had tryouts in the WWE, in 2009 and 2010 he participated in the ECW Brand shows.
In November 2017 he worked for the first time in Mexico with The Crash Lucha Libre and DTU. He is currently ROW Tag Team Champion with his son PJ Hawx.
Luke Hawx has also incurred in film and television in 38 productions, highlighting his participation in Logan and The Fate of the Furious. His most recent appearances on the big screen are Wounds and The Hunt.
