Ring of Honor Summer SuperCard 2019 Results (08/09/2019)

Ring of Honor held its Summer SuperCard event at Mattamy Athletic Centre (Toronto, Canada), in which Matt Taven retained the Ring of Honor World Championship against Alex Shelley. After the match Taven took the microphone and said that he had defeated all his callengers, but in that the CMLL superstar Rush appeared and faced him claiming an opportunity for the ROH title.

As part of the talent exchange alliance between ROH & CMLL, there was a Lucha Libre Style Match in with Caristico, Soberano Jr. & Stuka Jr. defeated Cavernario, Hechicero & Templario.

In addition, Bandio took the victory with Mark Haskins against Jay Lethal & Jonathan.

Main Event: The Briscoe Brothers (Jay Briscoe & Mark Briscoe) retained the Ring of Honor World Tag Team Championships after beating Guerrillas of Destiny (Tama Tonga & Tanga Loa) (Title Match)

 Semifinal Match: Matt Taven retained the Ring of Honor World Championship after beating Alex Shelley (Title Match)

Special Event: Caristico, Soberano Jr. & Stuka Jr. defeated Cavernario, Hechicero & Templario (Six-Man Tag Team Match)

Sixth Match: Shane Taylor retained the Ring of Honor World Television Championship after beating Tracy Williams (Title Match)

Fifth Match: Rush defeated Dalton Castle (No Disqualification Match)

 Fourth Match: LifeBlood (Bandido & Mark Haskins) defeated Jay Lethal & Jonathan Gresham (Tag Team Match)

Third Match: Kelly Klein retained  the Women of Honor World Championship after veating Tasha Steelz (Title Match)

Second Match: Marty Scurll defeated PJ Black (Single Match)

First Match: Villain Enterprises (PCO & Brody King) defeated The Kingdom (TK O’Ryan & Vinny Marseglia) (Tag Team Match)
